President:
Yetunde Ibrahim
I
was born in a small hospital in Ilupeju, Lagos Nigeria. I attended The
International School University of Ibadan and received my BA degree
in Chemistry at Lincoln University, Pennsylvania. I am
currently a 2nd year medical student at Duke
University. I am a person of Nigerian origin who is extremely troubled
about the current state of affairs in Nigeria.
I hope and pray that an organization that is growing
as fast as DNPT, with a solid foundation and the strong
support of ANPA, can impact our nation positively.

I grew up in Ibadan, Nigeria. My family moved to the U.S. in 2000 and I am now currently a third year Cellular Biology major at the University of Georgia.
Though I am a new member to the Executive Board, I hope to bring my innovative ideas and inclusive personality to the table. I will be very active in spreading the message and goal of the DNPT program and helping to recruit enthusiastic Pre-med undergraduate students to be a part of this great movement. Let’s be the change we want to see.
