Ambassador Duties

The DNPT Ambassadors play a pivotal role in recruitment, involvement, and sustenance of our members. Extending DNPT's reach beyond the executive board, they serve as points of contact for our organization, which owns membership representing over 15 states and 10 countries. DNPT Ambassadors were selected based on their motivation and dedication to helping DNPT reach its goals as a growing organization. They serve as the voice of the members in their states and guide the executive board in decision making. 

Primary responsibilities of DNPT Ambassadors:
  • Serve as members of the Membership Committee
  • Share the name and mission of DNPT at the local level (individual schools and regions)
  • Recruit eligible members to join the organization
  • Foster member involvement
  • Assist executive board in the implementation of new programs

PROJECT 3-2-2

Medical Supplies Drives (3 rounds of 2 in 2 years aka Project 3-2-2)

In a federal teaching hospital in Nigeria, patients have to come to a doctor’s office with gloves that the doctor will have to use for their examinations.
 

In this same hospital, medical students complain of a lack of supplies and equipments for their clinical training.
